I am restoring a 1970 and was wondering if I change colour does the value decrease much?

Hi Edward,
Generally the answer is no if you do a complete color change including underside of the bonnet, frame rails, dash panel (firewall), underside of the car, interior sheet metal, trunk, door jams etc.
