I have a series 3 XJ6, European version ( exported out of Germany ). The vacuum is set up differently. I can't seem to find a proper vacuum diagram for this car. Any thoughts?

Re.: 1985 XJ6 Sovereign Vacuum diagram
As your car is "grey market" the diagram would not be in any book. what is the problem and prhaps someone can help you with it.
Jaguar affectionado and etc.
Here is how the car is set up. Vacuum source from under intake to vacuum tee. From vacuum tee: 1 end plugged, 1 end to distributor with full manifold vacuum to the distributor all the time, and 1 end to delay valve which is correctly installed and functioning properly. Then from delay valve to a second vacuum tee. From that tee, 1 end to climate control in car and 1 end to charcoal canister. There is an enrichment switch on the throttle body.
Question: why does distributor have full vacuum all the time? Why is one end plugged? Should it not go somewhere? The car runs great when going down the road, but idles rough and runs rich.
Thanks for any input.
