In northern Rhode Island, can anyone suggest a shop for mechanical/electrical repairs?

Also, does anyone have knowledge relating to a switch that actuates with the parking brake and prohibits the top from operating?

thanks Steve...I am an E type owner from San Diego but am from northern RI originally...was just back in "little Rhody" and some friends who are original owners of a 1990 XJS are getting the cobwebs off and getting her rolling again...they were unfamiliar with the site so I posted "their" first question...

There is a microswitch on the back end of the park brake lever that activates the instrument tell-tail when the brake is pulled. That switch also enables the top to operate.
