I should add that the correct LJA4390BA instrument bulb does come with the holder, but it IS physically identical to the DBC11380 bulb if removed from the holder. However, it IS NOT equivalent. These 'peanut bulbs' as some call them, come in different wattages. The instrument pack bulb is a somewhat rare 3.4 watt bulb, much more common are the 4w and 5w versions of the bulb, DBC11380 being the 4w. Using the higher wattage bulb confined in the instrument pack will cause melting of the housing or board from the higher heat generated.
Just a bit of warning they are not all the same.
