I cannot get my voice command to ack when I push the voice button yet the phone works? any help?

Sounds like the Multifunction Voice Activated Module took a crap. Unfortunately it's not something you can replace. The dealer has to download a code from your old one, and upload it to the replacement module or it won't work.
