Body interior immaculate blown head gasket. Want to put maybe a AJ6 motor transmission or maybe a V12. Any thoughts ideas or suggestions. Many Thanks

Several have transplanted AJ6 engines into Ser IIIs. Not exactly a direct bolt-in by any means, but doable. If you search the Jag-lovers archives you'll find info and pics.
The V12 swap would be doable as well but, again, lots and lots of work no matter how you slice it.
In both cases I'd say that actually fitting the engine in place is the easiest part, compared to sorting all the details
