I recently purchased this Jaguar and everything works great except the blowers are not coming on. There is warm air coming out of the vents but with no force. I checked the fuses and they are fine. I can't see both motors going at once. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I have a 1984. It could be a number of things: The large Relay on the Driver's side is one, or the Ground on one or both the Blowers (fans);
If the fans do not respond when the Selector switch is set to HIGH or any other position in HEAT mode, including windshield DEMIST, start at the giant Relay and make sure all 'lucar' connectors are tight there. To see the Relay, remove the left-side upholstery Panel (the 'scuttle') by unscrewing the two Phillips screws which hold the black plastic Vent grille in place, then pull the panel towards the front of the car and down. Better still, remove the under-dash panel first, makes it easier. In my experience this relay was misbehaving. In another instance, the passenger side blower would not go to the 4th speed (recirculate) during A/C mode. I decided to remove the passenger side Blower Case assembly, which holds the fan and motor, a system of linkages which open and close the fresh air or recirculate flaps, a small circuit board with some kind of resistor sensor, and a vacuum valve. This is an involved dissassembly and I recommend you get a Service Manual because for example, the recirculate flap must be wedged in the open position prior to loosening the blower case otherwise you will break the linkages and damage the flaps. I discovered the ground connector at the blower motor was loose and full of grime, so contact was intermittent. This job took me three days and I eventually removed the passenger seat so I could work in a comfortable position. Too easy to damage the leather and everything else when dis or re-assembling. Good lighting is also needed. After I replaced the Relay, cleaned the blower case, and also replaced some broken linkage clips inside the case, my system gets so cold now I have to raise the temperature during A/C mode even in August. The Heater rarely needs raising to HIGH at the Selector switch, in any case AUTO is comfortable enough even with the recent below 15 degree temps we've had. I also installed Seat Heaters at the front seats and I get warmed up in the lumbar and seat area before the engine is warm enough to heat the air, which by the way, is an automatic feature of the Series 3, the Heater will not come on until the coolant is at a certain temperature, which brings me to the Thermostat. (replace it if you don't know its history, and get the correct one, aftermarket thermostats do not work on the XJ-6 because of some drain holes, and while you're at it, flush the cooling system and replace the coolant).
Personally, I think it's the servo control unit, p/n JLM-523.
This is a problem I've experienced on a few Series III's.
