Several months ago I purchased the foam cushion that sits on top of the radiator in a 1970 Series II FHC. First I used spray adhesive with no luck; the foam came off. Then I tried several drops of silicone across the length of the foam; same result -- the foam came off.

Any suggestions on how to attach the foam so it will stay put?
