Bonnet Hinge Bearing

I got the bonnet off and need to replace the nylon bushes on the right hinge. (Will also replace the ones on the left, as well.)

I can't get the steel bearing out of the frame tube (see pic) after trying several things from previous posts (Kroil, steel punch, vice grips (clamp flared end and twist), heat with a hair dryer. The other one (left in the picture) came off effortlessly.

I read that perhaps I should try a blow-torch and if so, where on the sub-frame tube would I aim the heat and how hot should I get it? (I have a home style torch.)

Any other suggestions are greatly appreciated.
