Can anyone provide me with an internet link , publication or other write-up on converting a 2 carb Series 2 e-type back to a the 3 carb SU setup. I would like to do it in such a way that I can keep the 2 carb set-up should I ever need to revert to the original setup.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Get a J37 and list what you do not have. You will only need one leg of the bifurcated choke cable. Shame though as your cams and dist will not be able to use the flow. Change them too.
