Early XJ and late E-Types used the same switch, so it's not available for them either. The extra pole on the switch appears to be for the ignition key buzzer which annoys you when you open the door with the key still in the ignition. The switch could be replaced with a conventional switch and a relay, or you could simply do without the buzzer "feature".
