My engine is now having some trouble... It was starting up, but stalling seconds later. Now it cranks, but it will not start. I suspect there is a fuel clog somewhere. My question is how should I go about trouble shooting this? How is the clog pinpointed? Any suggestions would be very much appreciated. Thanks.

Is yours a fuel injected, USA=sepc car? If so, and you've confirmed good spark, I would begin by checking the fuel pump circuit:
1) Put the gearshift in drive and turn the key to the "start" position. You should hear the fuel pump run.
2) Remove the ductwork leading the the Air Flow Meter. Turn the key "on". Now, using your finger, open the spring loaded flap which is just inside the inlet of the Air Flow Meter. You should hear the fuel pump run.
Post back if it fails either test.
