Is there a fuel pump relay on a '69 Series 2 E-Type? If so, where might it be located?

I'm trouble-shooting an "apparent" fuel pump problem (it may not be the fuel pump that is the problem). I've determined that power is not energizing the fuel pump. Although I've tried to "improve" the ground of the existing fuel pump, I'm still not getting energy to it. If there's no power coming through the wire to the fuel pump, my hunch is to next check a relay, if it exists. I don't believe there's a fuse for the pump - is that correct?

Any additional suggestions are appreciated.
