I have a problem I can't figure out.The right side outboard headlight won't come on with headlights on high beams.I have replaced all of the bulbs, the switch on the steering column, and the dip on the inside fenderwell. The crazy thing is if I pull the switch back, they all come on,so I know it's not the wiring. Please help! This is keeping me from passing inspection-high beams must function.Thanks.

have you checked the Fuses located in the driver's side of the engine compartment, by the coolant reservoir, in a small, black fuse box? That's where the problem usually starts.
To service that fuse box, first disconnect the battery, then remove each fuse, (one by one) cleaning shiny all the contacts with a wire brush, or sandpaper, or your wife's cardboard nail file, then very slightly compress the contacts to create more "spring tension" when the fuse is re-inserted, I bet the lights will come on.
