If you had to have your E type engine rebuild? who? why?

To answer Williams's question.....I do not have the time, tools and or resources to tackle these jobs. I am in the military, so I would rather someone who can do it , then try to understand the process...My time is limited and these take some time and parts, tools and additional labor.......would rather source it, pay and know that someone who has experience
has worked on it than this shade tree mechanic--Thanks
