Assuming the factory radio you'll find the fuse (approximately) under the left side ashtray. Sometimes you have to do some "rooting around" to get your fingers on it.
I agree with George about the upholstery. I've seen pics of * Ser II * cars with velour but never a Ser III. The cloth used on Ser III cars was tweed-like.

First Staff Sgt. welcome home and thanks for your service.
Second that looks like a C17--is it? I am a retired ground pounder and only saw the rear of Airforce stuff when I was pushed out. If it is a C17 are you in Charleston--if so call Charleston Import automotive--843-552-6555. It is run by an ex Airforce wrench who will help you.
Third you will get moore help if you post in the correct section.
Fourth get rid of your fuel and add fresh and a new filter.
Fifth-- is the radio factory or an add on?
Last-- If the car was a US import the innterior has been changed. Jaguar offered leather or leather. In Europe cloth was standard but Velour is not in any spec sheets I have. Good luck.
