Your correct. I googled your suggestion and came across this photo from someone else doing a restoration with the right arrow pointing to the tank. I am sure the tank is good, but I am trying to find the replacement hose and the attachment shown with the arrow pointing at it. As you mentioned brakes, if the hose and attachment is replaced..is there anything else I need to be aware of. Like I said I put a temporary fix, but if it involves safety and just replacing the hoses and attachment is not enough,then I would like to take it to my mechanic and erase any doubt of brake failure.
