This year I have been entering my 1974 E Type OTS in class C-19 Preservation Class. It appears that any model or year can enter this
class. It doesn't make sense to me that very late model vehicles should
be allowed to enter this class. Preservation should be restriced to models 30 years and older. That would give meaning to "Preservation".

Re.: Judging Classes
Please refer to my answer to Pascal. Twenty years is fair enough. I only mentioned 30 because it would include all of the E types and early XJ sedans.

Re.: Judging Classes
Thanks for the information. I raised the question after reviewing Concours results. Several clubs had 2000 S types as winners in the C-19 class. Granted, both of the club's events were prior to 2004. Louisville and Phoenix as an example. Twenty year seems fair.

Re.: Judging Classes
As Pascal pointed out, Preservation Class is now and has been as far as I can remember cars TWENTY years old and older?
Whay do you think it should be 30, because you own a 30 year old car?
