hello everyone, new to the messageboard, and have a few questions being a new pre-owned jaguar owner. my parents passed the car to me and it is a black beauty. Looking to get a 80K maintenance work done but after the mechanic diagnosed it, the damage came up to around 5K. Items such as rear pinion seal, 60K service, cracked serpentine belt, torn suspension bushing and bad abs module. Does the price, including labor, sound correct? I took over this car and just wondering if there a mechanic you guys can recommend that might give me a better pricing. Thank you

Too little info to answer your question. What is year and model? Very important. Other maintenance items not mentioned may need looking after depending on year and model. Also, is the mechanic an experienced Jag mechanic? I spent about a thou just for new Bilstein shocks, one caliper, new bushings and other minor items which wasn't a big deal for a 10 year old XJ Jag.
