I know that this is an absolutely unlikely request
I am trying to reunite the original gearbox on my early 61 E Type with the rest of the car.
The number is EB 230 JS
As you can see this is very early.... the car came to Australia in 1994 with the incorrect box.
The last known area that the car was known to be in is either NY State or Kentucky
So can you please look in your piles of ''Stuff'' to see if it's there.... I'd love to buy it , swap, or maybe even steal it!!!
