I am in the process of restoring a 67 OTS. I am inquiring on plating requirements. To my knowledge, cadmium plating is minimally required for the following:
1) throttle linkage
2) bonnet hold downs and latches
3) bulkhead blanking plates
My question is whether or not the bonnet "hooks" are plated or are they painted. Is there anything else of note under the bonnet to be plated. Also, there seems to be options for plating. Is it to be "clear", or other. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
