Can anyone provide guidance on what the best glue or other means of re attachment would be for a terribly sagging head liner in a neighbor's 2000 S Type Jag? We have plenty of access from across the entire top edge of the rear window, and can even get in thru each of the two side passenger roof ights. I am hoping to be able to spray a latex based or low VOC emitting glue into the affected areas and then work the felt fabric back into position......suggestions would be appreciated.

re attaching sagging felt head liner in S Type Jaguar
Take it to your local auto upholstery shop. Thats what I did with my XJS - - beautiful job. Looks original. Matched it perfectly. All for less that $350.

The only problem there is that the foam backing to the headlining material is what disintegrates, basically turns to powder. Trying to glue the material back without cleaning that off, is kinda like trying to tape a piece of paper to the dirt.
Most folks that don't repair it right usually pin it up with fabric "T" pins.
Good luck!
