Having read the many horror stories regarding the upper chain tensioner failure and the subsequent damage, It seems that if we had a list of the failures it could be presented to jaguar for re-imbursement consideration. Would anyone who has had this experience please send me; your details, name address etc, the car details, VIN, date & mileage at the time and what repairs were carried out and at what cost? there's nothing to lose!
