I note that Bill Braun said a vacuum leak at the secondary throttle shaft was easy to fix. How? How are they sealled? I am rebuilding an engine and one the of secondary throttle shafts was stuck. I have pulled it and do not see how it is sealed ... I can not see a soft surface, and can not find any literature showing this.
HELP!!!
