Doug, put a small water bottle of that gas on a shelf and tell me what happens in 30 days. I had 3 WWII veterans sick in my house hold at one time so the Etype and all the rest were on the back burner, a whole year went bye. They come first.
My Etype which Ive maintained for close to 30 years, the entire floats, jets and all collapsed, Curto makes new,new ones to combat it.
My Model A , the NON pressured line chewed up the lower seal and the gas was on the floor.
They now make a popapupoleena whosamajast that stopped that as well.
IMHO, Thet gas is worse than we think, stats show it, my $1,200 carb over haul proves it.
But with all the problems in the world today, this is the least of our concerns.
One damn ETYPE owner has to post about gas and everyone is waving arms, could it be we are just old and cant hear?
