I am restoring my 70 etype. Regarding front suspension parts like the wishbones, tie rod ends, anti roll bar, etc. Were these parts originally painted? If so what color, black??

Tom have you looked at the JCNA judging guide for your S2 car. That said the suspension is not judged but it was not black it was cad! The anti roll bar was black the tie rod ends were cad.
