What items can/should be listed as non-authentic for the S3 class? I understand that it cannot include specific allowed exceptions for tire, wheel, radio and window tint as allowed in the Driven Division and I have checked Chapter VI of the rule book but my questions remain.
Performance upgrades (I expect)should be listed and counted toward the 40 point minimum but what about non-performance related non-authentic items...like nuts and bolts that are not original (stainless vs. cad plated, etc.), head painted a different color than the original color, non original seatbelts, etc.?
How many points are assigned to an item for mandatory deduction points? For instance, if you have changed to headers vs. original manifolds...is that one point, 2 points, 5 points or more? If you have upgraded suspension bushes to poly...how are points calculated/assigned?
Thanks for your input & guidance.

The intention of this class is for modified cars. Items such as incorrect hose clamps, zinc vs cad plating, incorrect type carpet tend to fall under the classification of incorrect restoration vs modification. If you look at the judging sheet in the Concours section, there is a list of deductions for the different items.
