I am getting ready to perform the 60K maintenance and I noticed that the parts supplier recommnends replacing the spark plug seals. They are inexpensive, so price is not the issue. I have just never heard of such an item. Any one else familiar. Any thing else I should consider (coil wires, etc.) Thanks.

Spark Plug Seals
Your engine has the coil-on-plug ignition. I suspect the gaskets being mentioned are the ones underneath each coil to keep dirt out of the spark plug wells. They become quite brittle and will likely break when you remove the coils.
A 30k or 60k service on one of my cars also includes changing the transmission and differential oils, coolant flush, brake fluid flush, new fuel filter, repack front wheel bearings, and of course changing the engine oil and filter. Take a good look at the belts...if original they are probably due for replacement
