I am looking at the possible purchase of a 1990 Jaguar XJS Convertible which will need new tires. However, I am not sure I want to spend $1,000+ for a set of four Pirelli's. Tire rack shows the first choice for tire size is 235-60-15 with one alternative 215-70-15. I would appreciate input on alternatives is brand, size and speed rating which may work well. I am basically looking at smooth touring with the car.
Thanks,
Scott
