if it has fluid in it perhaps check the fuses...do you have an owners guide that should have come with the car,....it will tell you which fuse it is, and where it is located...with the ignition turned on get someone to listen in the fluid container area and see if they hear the pump, if it makes a noise it may have blocked jets....Art
