We have a problem with the wipers on a '94 XJS 4.0 Coupe. No wiper function works. Also, neither of the washer pumps work, windshield nor headlamps. We have tested the motor assembly on another car and it works fine. We have tried a working motor assembly on this car and it doesn't work. The switch feels good, not loose or anything. The fuse is good and we have voltage on the pin for the parking position, but no other pins have voltage in any switch position. Do you think it could be the Wiper logic module and where is it located? All of the manuals that I have looked at says it is under the fuse panel on the passenger side behind the knee bolster. A photo is attached, but I don't see it anywhere. Could it be behind something?

Bill, I think you will have to dig a little bit to find that module. If memory serves, it is on the backside of the gold metal panel the RH double-row fuse panel is mounted on.
