Don't know the answer to this one: what is the current market value of XJ220's?

Also, I understand there is a loophole that allows them to be registered as street cars in the U.S. Anybody know the rough guidelines and or restrictions on this? Is an explanation available anywhere on line?

The price is all over the place. Current auctions suggest $190 to $240K.
As far as US import it is not a loop hole. There are specific guidlines and the US customs is the place to start. I do bot think DOT gets involved once it is here. It's interesting that you bring this up as it seems that one of your fellow JCNA officers thinks they were race cars. They were street cars and are street cars. Good luck. You might also contact JAguar Sports as there are rummors that they still have new cars.
