Your XKR obviously was built before the i6 was even thought of. New toys, but older hardware. Go to the Connectivity Center at the link below with the last six digits of your VIN number. Select your model and enter the VIN.
I don't know yet whether Jaguar has had the chance to validate i6 functionality or not, it's so new.
Barring that validation, whatever bluetooth function you do have may be all you will get.
