We are restoring a 1970 E-type FHC. The lower valence has a tab with a hole (shown in the picture). Does anyone know the purpose of this tab or how to complete the installation?
The best answer I have so far is that it should be folded over to give a smooth edge and to complete the curve of the wheelwell.
