The planning for the 2023 AGM is underway and preliminary details are below. The location overlooks San Francisco Bay and adjacent to San Francisco International Airport.  The location is convenient for exploration of all that San Francisco and Silicon Valley have to offer or the Napa Valley/Sonoma Area.  We will add in additional schedule details as plans develop and are providing this for your club’s planning.

Hosted by the Jaguar Associate Group, the Jaguar club for the Greater San Francisco Bay Area

Hotel:    Embassy Suites Waterfront, 150 Anza Blvd, Burlingame, CA 94010; 650-342-4600

Room rate: $175 per night plus taxes. All accommodations are spacious two-room suites for one or two occupants. This special rate is available for conference attendees for 3 days before and 3 days after the event.

                Room rate includes made to order hot breakfast and an evening reception with snacks & cold beverage

Facilities include a well-equipped fitness center, indoor swimming pool and hot tub, jogging trails, free Wi-Fi, free parking during the day

Airport: San Francisco Airport (SFO) is located two miles north of the hotel

Airport transportation: Hotel shuttle, Uber/Lyft/Taxi, rental cars

AGM registration: Available starting October 1, 2022 at www.jags.org

9:00am – 11:30 Boat tour on the San Francisco Bay         

3:00pm – 7:00 Tour of the private Mozart Foundation Auto Museum (limit 70)

7:00pm – 9:00 Reception and dinner

Saturday

8:00am – 2:30 AGM meeting

10:00am – 4:00 People’s Choice Concours in the waterfront park adjacent to the hotel

6:00pm – 7:00 Cocktail hour with no-host ball

7:00pm – 10:00 Banquet and awards ceremony
