I am nearing completion restoration 140. I had 15: E type wire wheels but will return to the original painted 16" wire whels.

Question 16" wheels had Dunlopr 6.00x16" narrow tires. What is a wider equivalent good radial I can shop for (suggestions on brand welcome of course with tubes) the Jag outlets push the very expensive Vredestien Dutch tires.

Same question for MKV with steel wheels & 6.70x16" tires...need to replace good radials but cannot locate a Tire conversion table & tire dealers.

surely any good tyre shop will be able to help with this decision.......... We have one locally, they are a family run business and have been in business for years.......
