68 coupe.... do the seat cushions just pop out somehow, mine need new leather...any affordable examples available ?? Art

The seat cushions do not 'just pop out'. The whole seat is removed and then you can start the seat disassembly. Remove the seat by removing the 'pozidriv' fasteners from the rear of the seat rails. Then you can pull the seat backwards to release the front anchor points.
If you don't have a 'Bentley' book ('The Complete Official Jaguar "E"') you need to get one. It is out of publication so you have to buy it used.
