Never had a problem until I went to leave from work I turn the key all the lights come on but it doesn't crank any suggestions on where to start I was thinking neutral safety switch i never received any warning sign that the start may be going. The last repair I made was the replacement of the fuel level sensor this car seems to be nickel and diming now

that sounds like some module gone haywire. If previous years' wiring schematics are any sign, I wouldn't waste time with them. Check the trunk for any electronics behind upholstery panels, or under the seats, disconnect any module you find until you stop the symptoms. There's your culprit. Also try www.jag-lovers.org for their database, chances are someone has been-there-done-that already. I hope you find it.

I'm not familiar with the 1994, much less the 12 cylinder, but I would guess the problem is near the starter relay, a wire-harness plug or a fuse probably. Have you checked all fuses one by one? It's possible the Start Relay may have shorted fuses when you fiddled with it. I would get a new Start Relay, unless yours is "openable" and you can inspect it and clean the contacts. Make sure the battery is fully charged and cables and posts are clean and shiny, (use a brass brush), AND make sure you do not invert/cross the battery cables, that's a known issue with those years.
I would remove the under-dash panels, get on my back on each side and check all wiring connections for tightness, look for Ground Looms and tighten them. Then to the engine compartment, then to the trunk and do the same. If you can get the car on a lift, check the cable connection at the starter, these sometimes come loose and weird symptoms start happening.
(NOTE: do not get under the car without proper and sufficient support!!)
Also check the Ground Strap from the transmission to the chassis. Also check the Ignition Switch.
sorry I am not much help.

1994 XJ12 65000 miles won't crank
well its not the starter I located the starter relay which is under the passenger front dash and pushed the contact with the key in the on position and she started and drove her home New problem is I haven't located the source of why it wont crank when turning the key I now noticed other problems 1 the interior lights do not come on when opening the doors 2 the hazards or turn signals won't work 3 the windhield wiper doesn't work 4 the light for the VCM controls doesn't come on but pressing the different selected buttons do display on the odometer
Has anyone have a clue? Prior to the car not starting everything was working fine I know it's electrical but not certain where to really look because all the above problems are on located on different relay modules which tells me there is a common under lying cause Any help???
Thanks for the link I have posted a thread and hopefully I may get some luck
