Re.: First pix of my first Jag!
One spot of rust at the bottom of the windscreen on the passenger side, about the size of a dime. No other rust has yet to been seen. Head liner is whole and solid. Everything works however the A/C only works for a short time then goes to HOT air. It has been converted by a shop to the R 134 system.
A Haynes book came with the car thats where the "windcreen" comment came from.
Thanks
Dennis

Re.: First pix of my first Jag!
Looks great Dennis. I kinda like the two 7-Series BMW's I see in the background.
$900.00 sounds like a great price as the seats look to be in good shape. I have found that the paint on the 1987's holds up much better than the previous years where it almost always checks. My two 1986's checked horribly but my 1987 that I picked up for $600.00 (well mine DID NOT RUN) has pretty good original paint.
How many miles on it? How's the headliner? Any rust around the bottom of the windshield or back glass or the floor along the seam between the floor pan and the transmission tunnel?
