I replaced fuses and lamps - still not working ( front and rear ) Any suggestions ?

Do the 4-way emergency flashers work? If they do, then most of the circuit is fundamentally OK. If they don't, then you may have a faulty emergency flasher switch: power for the regular directional lights comes *from* the hazard lamp switch.

Doug is right on, try operating the hazard switch gently, often they stick and can be often be rectified just by careful manipulation.
