If what you need is the moulded plastic bumper cover try: http://www.motorcarsltd.com/ (Tel: 800 338 5238). They carry used and new parts and offer good service. I thought I was going to need a bumper cover for my 96 XJ6 and their price was about 2/3 of what a Jaguar dealer quoted. You might have a problem find a used one, though; the nature of the material makes it not such a good candidate for salvage, and the breakers usually want to sell a whole front clip as a unit when they can. (Tell them you are a Jaguar Club member and ask for their discount. You will have to register and get a club member number, but it's worth it.)

BTW, my body shop was able to repair the torn corner on my bumper so skillfully that you'd never know it had been damaged! It's a service he reserves for non-insurance work for his private customers. ;-)
