Both windows on my Series III 2+2 seem to be out of alignment. They are OK when winding down, but winding up is difficult and on the driver's side window often requires "assisting" the glass up while winding. Does anyone have any tips on adjustment or rebuilding?

Dear Jay:
It does not appear that the required effort is much different with the door open or closed. It seems to be harder to wind as the glass gets further up in the window.
