Perhaps someone can shed some light on these 1) ABS & Stability are usually on when started cold. Usually gone upon warmed up restart. 2) Radio works fine, lcd always dark. Refurbished radio available in week or 2, $250.00 3) No sound when locked or unlocked. Haven't checked or heard alarm either. BTW The left front sensor harness was replaced a couple yrs. ago at a dealer and I have yet to check the harnesses or clean the sensors.

1) Sounds like ABS Control Module internal circuit board is in order. Have checked for codes and look for C1095 Pump Motor fault to confirm. BBA-Reman.com can repair if sent to them.
2) Yep, refurbished radio probably necessary. United Radio repair is a good source.
3) No sound when locking and unlocking is normal for 1997 model year, can't be changed. They took care of that for 1998 and later.
