All,

I would like to address an issue that is near and dear to my heart.

Having been in the automobile business for over 40 years and dealt with customer satisfaction from its inception. (And I seen may attempts at "help" lines.) That said...

I would like to thank our Technical Support Line. Not only is the line (George) professional and on target with recommendations but more importantly it is answered with a smile. As we all know, an organization's culture is the key to satisfaction and success. The support from the tech line and all of our members exceeds my high expectations.

I am very proud to say I am a member of Jaguar Clubs of North America.

This was Georges idea and he has been tireless in getting it up and going. A great asset to the club. I myself am very proud of what George has been able to accomplish over the past couple of years in the JCNA and it includes much more than this tech line. Thanks George...
