Re.: Interior Carpet
i ordered a complete interior for my 59 Healey 100-6. phenomenal quality (it's in their photo albums on their website - red with cream piping). took a bit of time to complete, but delay was partly due to vacations in the shop.

Re.: Interior Carpet
To Dale Conrad, I have purchased from BAS and their quality and service is superb. Their carpet set was in my XK120 that was JCNA national champion in it's class in 2000 and 2001. Howard Bollinger

Re.: Interior Carpet
Thanks Jim, Michael and William. All good info, and I have already checked
out your recommendations. JCNA forums are a great way to get accurate
information from experienced owners.

Dale, BAS are excellent, I have used them often and they are easy to deal with. Tell them whay you are looking for and they may look into providing the original texture.

You might also check with Bill Bassett and OSJI. They are both great people to deal with, in my experience.

Check out this previous thread.

Per Steve Cleave's chart, my Wilton Wool carpet purchased from World Upholstery (gave 10% discount for JCNA) was correct, but I believe you need the flocked carpet which isn't manufactured by anyone, as George mentioned. Also read Cleave's thread.

Thanks George, I have been searching nthe internet, Bas,Ltd (basjaguartrim.com)
really toots their horn, nice looking factory, they challenge any vendor to meet or
exceed their quality. Perhaps some of our JCNA members have experience with
their products ans will respond.

Dale SNG makes a good kit but no vendor can offer you the correct copy of the original carpets. Until demand is there from folks like you and I there never will be!
Thanks Howard and Alan. The Bas Ltd. website has a lot of strong claims, so
it is comforting to know of your actual experience verifies some of their claims.
I will call them on Wednesday and discuss my initial requirements. .
