I recently got this nice book in the Shoppe, but am a little confused ... Although the text refers to the Series 2, all the diagrams are for the Series 1 ... I couldn't find any Series 2 parts (e.g. The taillights, the radiator expansion tank) drawn in the Plates.

Where would I find diagrams for the Series 2 if not in the Series 2 Parts Catalogue?!

Thanks, George. Yes, I guess I misunderstood what was contained in the Catalogue, although it is still of great use to me as I fix up my early '69 2+2.

I have seen B-J53RL and it looks fabulous. A little out of my price range unfortunately :-(

Julian you ordered B-J40PH which is the official publication with the addition of series one illustrations. You could have ordered an Original series 2 parts manual in the Archives section (ARCS2EIPL5) which had no illustrations at all. It sounds like you should order B-J53RL. B-J53RL is an outstanding work by one of our vendors. It is fully illustrated and took thousands of hours to make--it was a work of love or passion.
