Well, as the heading says, I'm a long term petrol head, just moving into Texas, and so I've just this weekend bought (but not taken delivery of just yet - couple of days yet!) a 1985 XJ6. Not worthy of concourse yet, but sound, needs a bit of tidying up! As for me, I also own a 93 Mazda Eunos (less than standard) and a V6 Quattro.
The Jag is not my first Jag, but is my first car I've owned in the US, so a step into the unknown a little, but not really scary.
Hoping to meet fellow owners and help where I can!
